The Camino from Sarria in 7 stages

This split comes from a calculation, not from a fixed guess: it takes the real route between Sarria and Santiago de Compostela, and the hostels on record at each stop, with their bed count and opening season. Asked for 7 days, this is what comes out.

This isn't exactly the traditional five-stage split, but it agrees on something important: this plan also spends the night in Arzúa, the third stop on the classic Sarria–Santiago walk and the one that follows the longest day of the stretch (28.5 km from Palas de Rei). With 7 days instead of five, the difference sits in the other stages, redistributed so none of them balloons past the rest.
